Coordinates and supervises on the pilot plant operation of diversified and critical in a safe and efficient manner to ensure smooth operations. Conducts studies and evaluations of new technologies on pilot plant and catalyst to contribute to TAKREER s operation and research & development. Coordinates with Operations and Technical Services Department Heads for analysis, schedules, test runs, shutdowns, startup and technical surveys. Mechanical Maintenance Section Head (UEA) AED 22,556 - 28,424 • B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering. • 15 Years experience in the installation, maintenance and repair of a wide range of heavy rotating and stationary equipment; and their control/ electrical systems preferably in a power/desalination plant or in oil/gas or petrochemical industry including 5 years in a senior supervisory position. • Good knowledge of English. Directs, coordinates and supervises all mechanical maintenance and workshop activities in the plant and off-sites. Includes participating in the preparation of maintenance programmes, directing the implementation of such programmes, investigating modification and new projects proposals, examining equipment performance and providing recommendations to enhance maintainability and to minimize maintenance cost, Ensuring that all maintenance services are provided safely and efficiently.
